In a calm and respectful environment you will develop awareness, strength and concentration, supported by the shared energy of the room and by the silence that favours total immersion in the practice.<\/p>\r\n      <p>I guide you step by step, observing your movements and suggesting adjustments to enter and exit the postures safely. Everyone follows their own level and progresses gradually, without forcing the body.<\/p>\r\n      <h2>Safety comes first<\/h2>\r\n      <p>For me it is essential to know how to enter and exit each posture correctly, especially the more advanced ones.
